A graduate student Ms. YAMASU Yuri presented her study on Ttn regulation of RBM20 in the 48th Annual Meeting of the Molecular Biology Society of Japan (MBSJ2025) held on December 3-5 in Yokohama.

"RBM20 regulates the expression ratio of isoforms involved in the generation of passive tension in the cardiomyocytes by skipping the exon cluster of Ttn transcripts."
